The Tesla Arachnids wheel is 21 inches so the wheel configuration is correct for 21 inch. Are you talking about the aftermarket 20-inch wheel here?

Have you replaced the original equipment stud with a longer aftermarket stud? I'm assuming the original stud didn't provide enough space for tightening it up properly.

I've noticed that on my car, the 9.5" wheels in the front tend to rub during complete turns, while the 10.5" wheels in the back do not. It seems that every car has its own slight differences from the alignment spec I guess, I don't even use a spacer.

I think resealing the left outer taillight len cap back perfectly to prevent the condensation in the future took my most of the time. ps: the lens has to be removed before swapping the housing

Correct,I went ahead trim the old appliqué since I don’t want to buy the new appliqué. correct, I only transfer the new outer taillight led unit into the original outer taillight housing

Maybe you can try from the wheel well side. I did it that way, but for me, the noise will come back in a week or two.

Replaced the condenser fan solved the problem for a while, but the noise came back after a month.

Still whenever the service center sends a message to me. It does not vibrate and has only shown on the notification center since last year. I am on the latest hardware and software 🤦‍♂️ Charging started and ended will vibrate, however.
