Aviva pushed hard to get Tesla business in 2018. I went with them for a decent price. Then each yearly renewal they jacked up the price with no real reason, so when I got the increase notice for my 3rd renewal I left them. I suggest using a broker to get the best rate for insurance.

The chargers were just down, not for scheduled maintenance. As of yesterday, a technician was starting to diagnose the problem. Hopefully it's up and running asap!

I have had TuxMats in my Model 3 since June of 2018. The finish is flaking off in multiple places, and TuxMat says it is 'wear and tear' and not warrantied. Just a heads up to those considering these mats, the quality isn't as good as it seems.

As far as I know, R1 and R2 zoning refers to detached, and semi-detached homes. Most likely, you are in one of these categories. You should be able to search zoning on your city website.

Not that this is relevant this time of year, but Santa mode doesn't change the car graphic anymore. But I'm sure it will be updated well before Christmas season approaches.

I FINALLY Received my cheque yesterday! Submitted June 8th, 2018. Approval email April 2nd, 2019. (after reaching out to learn they lost my application, and then re-submitting everything and proving I originally submitted back in June). Cheque rec'd April 23, 2019. The. Saga. Ends.

I have not received a notification of this but hope to get one. I would love velcro strips, as the small round velcro patches aren't strong enough

This is what I use so I can review video on my phone from in the car. Also, delete files. I use Sentry mode everywhere that isn't IN my garage.

I finally received the approved email. June 8th submission.

I picked up a couple tiny drives that have two ends, USB-A and USB-C. So without leaving the car, I can plug the drive into my phone and watch videos, or delete saved content easily.

I ordered AP Thursday afternoon, and it was activated Saturday afternoon, but not until after the software updated to 2019.5.15 first.

My browser has worked great for weeks! I don't use it much, but when I do it, it does just fine. *edit* I forgot to say no to wifi. I was in a parking lot!

I just ordered the new Autopilot using the browser in the car! I love technology!

Besides the fundamental questions like power, range, battery and # of motors offered... I hope the Y shares a similar HVAC system to the 3, as well as single screen simplicity. And the rear hatch hopefully comes with a power open AND close option! And dare we ask for CCS or Chademo compatibility?

I am quite sure I will be replacing my Model 3 with a Model Y in the future. Anyone else?

The new order page for the Model 3 shows a range of 523kms for the Long Range Rear Wheel Drive Premium Model 3. The first production LR RWD Model 3's were 499kms. Has something physically changed? Or just a software change? And if so, when do our early Model 3's get this update?

I have the weather tech trunk mat from Tesla and that is my only issue, it's not designed to fold when you access the lower compartment. I wonder how long it will last being forced to bend in the same spot over time...

I submitted both the vehicle rebate and the charger rebate on June 8th. Today, I received an email that they are processing my charger rebate application, but require more info. Glad to hear my app is being worked on!

If you push it up tight against the dead pedal at the front, and clip the sides, and use the centre pin clip, it can't go anywhere! Mine is very secure.

You gave up on what, saving $10? I ordered the mats without a code, because they offer the best protection, and look great in my opinion. I hope the Tesla mats suit your needs.

With the heat blasting directly behind the wheel, I find that sufficient to warm the wheel (and hands)

The code worked at first, but then once I finished inputting my info, it wouldn't submit the order. I then removed the code, and voila, order placed. It's only $10, so no biggie.

I just got version 26 today, (the lock sound update). I went from 21.9, so I also got the wifi, cabin overheating protection , and speed limiter. I hope it addressed some behind the scenes issues as well, like phone connections, or lte connectivity...

I hope this isn't the case as I was hoping to make my cell phone a hotspot for the car while driving through spotty coverage areas as my cell does a much better job staying connected.

Oakville Tesla told me $6 per card, plus $35 programing fee. So $41/card.

You can fix the window yourself. Press down on the switch, and hold it until it goes lower. It takes about 30 seconds.

UPDATE: I brought my car in to Tesla in Oakville, and they performed an alignment to fix the steering wheel. All good now. While there, the magnet in the charge port fell off, perfect timing as they just glued it back on. Common issue. I also noticed my hood emblem wasn't centered. They removed...

I also have a slightly crooked wheel. The alignment of the car driving seems ok, but If i hold the wheel straight, it would steer me into the curb. I haven't brought this up with Tesla yet.
