Avoid. I putchased a battery for my model 3 and it absolutely did not work. Kept getting all sort of errors. Maybe they fixed this by now. But my beef with them is when I contacted them for help, they totally ghosted me. Not only no refund, but absolutely no communication. Avoid this company.

I think you can add the ghost. But I don’t think the boost 50 will do anything since you already have Tesla boost.

Well, happy for you all that got it free. Not for me. But I am quite happy with the new computer. It seems to be more confident and smoother with lane keeping and changing. No issues. Hoping with the upcoming single stack it will result in actual usability of summon too.

Yup. Not only that, but they screwed up and tried to charge me an additional $1500 for the same part. Yes, $2500 for two FSD computers… I argued with them to correct that, and they only charged me for the $1000 part. They also changed my battery, even though it was changed by them via mobile...

Has anyone with a HW2.5 car received the latest software update and been converted to Tesla Vision? Trying to understand if Tesla Vision is limited to HW3/FSD equipped cars only. If so, I may cancel my upcoming HW upgrade.

Is this true? I know that software version has been rolling out, but have not seen confirmation that only cars with HW 3 are getting moved to Vision. Have there been HW 2.5 cars updated to the same new software and specifically confirmed they did NOT move to vision?

Dude, if you are taking your car in for drive train or major electrical/computer issues, then of course remove it. That is a minority of SC issues. For everything else not related, don’t worry about it. They don’t care.

This is such a small percentage of the cars they see, and the SC guys don’t give a hoot. Unless it is actually the cause of the problem, or they are working under your dash and happen to see it (and care about it), I wouldn’t give it a second thought.

Just had my left one done a couple weeks ago, and left my module in. No issues. They are so swamped with work, they are not looking for more to do. They got the car in, focused on the control arm, and got it out. No electronic diagnostics or poking around under panels not related to the work...

Alert returned. I had Tesla mobile service out and they just replaced it with a new stock battery. I have tried contacting Ohmmu for return, and they are ghosting me. I only had the battery a couple of weeks, had repeated problems with the error messages, with no help or resolution from Ohmmu...

I have ghost on 2.5. If I upgrade to 3.0, will my ghost module still work and connect the same?

Love the auto seat heater option. Works really well. Considering there is no easy way to turn on and off the rear seat heaters without a deep dive into the climate window, how about an auto option for those as well? Why not?

Did another hard reset and so far the alert has not returned.

Is this fixed on new batteries? I didn’t know of the issue and just bought one of the Ohmmu batteries. All is well, except I get a persistent alert telling me to make a service appointment for a battery replacement.

Yes. Mine is one with a blank plate, so I wasn’t sure. But it’s an Oct 2018 build, so was pretty confident it would be 980. The peddle responsiveness is a nice update, but need to get used to it. Just so much power at the slightest touch. My efficiency is already suffering.

Just updated my Boost 50 to Ghost. Frickin awesome.

This way, the the module can be removed for updating, without removing the harness. Much easier access.

Just realized I was charged a shipping fee. Not sure why. I have emailed the company.

I think just firmware. I bought the upgrade and nothing has shipped to me. But I have an appointment for them to flash my existing boost 50 module to the ghost. Then I plug it back in and it does the new plug-and-play upgrade to the rear motor, I think…

I have the boost 50 and just bought the ghost upgrade now that it is plug and play, and on sale. Really excited. Does anyone know if this is a new/different harness, or just a new module to plug into my existing boost 50 harness?

I have 2022.8.2 waiting to install too.
