You are of course free to ask Tesla and Arnott to compare the cost, but my impression that they are comparable if not Arnott is cheaper.

Did your technician tell you which revision it is? It would be very helpful for many to know how to identify the revision that presumably resolves the problem. This will also eliminate unnecessary frustration in case that revision is actually the permanent solution.

Can you please explain what you mean by strut support? Did you mean strut tower braces? There is only one weld I can see, but while it does not carry any significant forces - how could that contribute to the rattle? Part #601...

Good if Tesla does work on it. Your revision is 1067361-77-C. It has become available sometime in the fall 2018. The 77-B is for RWD.

Tesla engineering has been working with this for over a year as far as I am informed. Hard to imagine replacing bladder to an alternative would take so much of engineering. It does not make sense.

The source of the noise can easily be established with chassis ears. If your SC has not done that type of diagnostics during all these visits then I cannot understand how their efforts can be considered exhausted.
