The reality is, having the app will not affect one's admission into phase 2 Alpha testing. I suspect ppl know if they're a bad driver.

But that is a point-in-time release google will not update it as one doesn't get it from Google. The question becomes why isn't Tesla submitting it to Google, or if they did why isn't Google posting it.

I was just told, via tweet, that it is normal for condensation to appear. How can the car possibly qualify for level 5 if, rain or below freezing temps disables NoA/AutoSteer? They are either sealed units or they aren't, heated or they aren't..right? This is on a 2018 Model 3.

That actually kind of IS true. Yes, a person who hasn't purchased FSD on models prior to including HW3, CAN upgrade to HW3, however that upgrade is not available for purchase yet. Presumably once they've run the free upgrades of those who have purchased FSD they will make the upgrade available...
