I had a stealth hitch installed in my 2018 M3 shortly after I took delivery. Never had any problem with getting Tesla to fix anything during the 4 year warranty period.

Sandy is basically saying Tesla is way ahead of any other competitors in terms of profit margin so that they are okay to cut prices drastically.

You get the $5k credit when you pickup the car. It's an after tax credit though.

100%! Only if FSD can achieve LV 3+ autonomy or else it's gimmicky at best. I thought I got ripped off when I paid around $9k for my 2018 M3.

FSD is not worth the $20k imo... I hardly used it because I felt more stressed when engaged.

Thanks. I knew it. There is a reason why they don't put the freight and PDI in the total as shown on the website. Tesla need to train their people better. So far, all the advisors I was talking to were doorknobs.

Unfortunately, this is not what I have been told my Tesla here in Toronto. They said they will charge freight and dpi. I'm not surprised since the advisors here in Toronto are not very competent to say the least....

An advisor just told me even demo cars are subject to freight & pdi. I a feeling that this particular advisor doesn't know what he/she is talking about.... Have you purchased a demo vehicle before?

Try lockdown security in Markham. I was going to get it done in the summer but got sidetracked.... I think he quoted me $400 back then for just the installation. Let me know how it went.

I know lockdown security in Markham does it for the Hanshow system. Call them and find out.

just sell it privately... sold my wife's 2019 SR+ with AP and 16,000km for $45k.. Not sure about now, but Tesla offered $32k late last year... don't think they value FSD since they can just activate it remotely...

Yes, prices have gone up recently... I would say max $50k realistically... i recently just sold my wife's 2019 SR+ just basic AP, 16k mileage, with winter tires and rims for $45k but it wasn't like alot of people were fighting for it...

Actually, it's an extra $50 for the foot sensor. Yes, $950 is all in with the foot sensor. They use a kit other than Tesla offer nor Hansshow.. I can't remember what's it's called but call Bruno and talk to him. He sounds very knowledgeable....

I got a quote for supply and installation from Evolutionracing.ca for $900 for a tesla offer with foot sensor... not bad

what?.. yeah, that's really strange to offer the SR- on the website while they took out MY SR since the range is inadequate.... as usual, it's hard to apply logic to the sales tactic of Tesla. If you look closely, it's also strange how they're not showing the updated interior on MY?... No...

Yes, but even some basic features are missing in my M3..... (I know they've updated it now to have heated steering wheel, power trunk, etc) The ID4 all wheel drive has basically everything (no heated back seats) including a hitch for $50k CAD... i don't think the MY dual motor is worth the $20k...

Looks like ID4 is an excellent option for trading in my wife's M3 SR+ since MY's pricing is too high IMO and the trade in value is horrible. I'm sure VW will be happy to take our M3 for a fair trade in price just to lure us in!

Only if I can sell it for around $40k+ on Kijiji or FB would I consider getting a USED model y. Also, her car is a rarity since it comes with lifetime premium connectivity! Won't buy new ever again since I wanted to get a dual motor... So much for Tesla cars will become appreciating assets... ha ha

I agree. When they took away the premium connectivity back in May, there were no updates prior to that. It just one day *poof* vanished.... Hopefully, we'll see this magic in reverse happens to us 2018 model 3 owner shortly....

wow, the prices are all over the place now... used to be able to get from no AP to FSD for $6,600 back in March of last year! I've paid $6,600 for EAP when I got my car back in Dec 2018 and forked out another $2,600 for FSD... now it costs $6,700 from EAP to FSD???? There's no chance anyone will...

I see... I guess I haven't watched enough of these Tesla related youtube videos to spot stolen information. One channel I recommend though is Undecided with Matt Ferrell. His videos are very detailed and informative. Not just about Tesla but the anything related to renewables.
