I used to have FL tags and FL license when I had a property there but even than doesn’t work cuz wherever you garage your car that’s where they make you pay taxes in VA even if you have another state tags.

Ok so Tysons Tesla store manager reached out to me yesterday. I told him how everything went at delivery. He told me that he will notify the delivery team about the issues I have and he will get every problem taken care of. He also did mention this is a new delivery team and they are delivering...

I really think they need to pay more attention at delivering and customer service at delivery but other than that cars are great.

Yes. They have a lot of model 3 deliveries at same time as I was. I think they’re focused on those more than other cars. Hope your delivery goes smoothly. Other than that car is excellent.

From pictures it is hard to see the gap difference but one side my finger gets in and the other not. Same with trim hard to understand from pictures but it’s not alignment issue it’s height issue. In person it looks bad. I agree about the paint chip. Yes they do pay attention to 3 deliveries...

Ohh I’m relaxed and not worried about these stuff because I know they will fix them. OA has been notified already.

Pictures of the gap in frunk, chip on paint and alignment on trim. It is hard to understand trim from the picture but what is wrong is that the fwd trim sits more inside than the back trim which creates a height difference. Other side is perfect.

Awesome. I’m going through a credit union. I like to work with my bank. Also a little better interest rate. Only problem I have is Tesla doesn’t have a window sticker for the Model X. Which I find a little weird. My bank was asking for that and purchase aggrement.

My DS changed 3 times and I never spoke to any of them. Yes it’s the Tysons store manager not the Tysons mall store.

Mine went in production August 23 and just this morning August 31 it says in transit just like yours. I haven’t heard anything from the DS as of yet but my DS is a guy. His name is Brandon. I know the manager there I think I will reach out to him.
