Justin, You have a loose tripod support inside your port falcon wing door. That is the apparatus that holds the sensor. Not sure why it's still bad after your recent maintenance but that's most likely the culprit.

Final update!!! - The Tesla Service center contacted me this morning and verified what was going on, downloaded the files from the car and just now finished uploading a new software update which solved the problem! So far, at least, everything seems to be working just like it should be!
