I had the same issue. One of the screws would not come put. Took it to the service center on a weekday when they were not so busy and the guy there helped me out. Took him about 20 minutes to get that screw out. It was a bit of a pain for him too.

Happens to me too. Hopefully they will fix with a future software update. I think they should all default to off and then you tap the one you want to turn on.
