You can't wire up a wall connector to 110v, it must be wired to 220 split phase. They are incorrect.

Nah, this number is not affected by driving style and such. I've attempted to give the BMS plenty of time to recalibrate by doing various charge cycles. I'll let them sort it out.

I am not entitled to full new capacity as new, but at least the same capacity as my previous battery before it failed would be fair. Per Tesla's warranty in the owners manual:

Charging to 95-100% takes forever, and with ~10% battery degradation on my S, would be a little too close for comfort. I'd argue it would take less time to take another route and spend less time charging and be able to drive 85mph. :)

Cortez supercharger would definitely be better than nothing, would save some time driving through Farmington. Unfortunately, making it from Flagstaff SC to Cortez through Tuba City/Kayenta/4 corners probably isnt easily doable even in a 100D car unless you really watched your speed and climate...

Yep, noticed the same thing. Rediculous. I have two gates on my MyQ account, and two handfuls of garage door openers, all show up on the phone app, but only doors on the Tesla.

I ran into the same problem, the myQ app on my iPhone shows all 8 garage doors and 2 gate openers, but the Tesla in car option does not show the gates. What is up with that?

Nope, just detached metal garages with some home made gates with openers.

I have a total of 11 doors/gates that can be utilized with this service on two cars, so for me its completely worth it. Otherwise I'm digging my phone out of my pocket, waiting for the app to load, scrolling through all the opener choices, etc. For the multi-year plan, its cheaper than...

The one caveat for me is that it also work on my October 2018 (legacy) Model S. It does have HW3, so I'll just have to wait and see if they havent totally abandoned us "legacy" guys..
