I have heard the first report on Reddit of a Model 3 getting a HW3 retrofit. SF Bay Area. Not my car, but he is currently in service and not yet completed, but just wanted to throw this information out there. I'm not sure if there have been previous reports of model 3's having the HW3 swap...

Are they replacing it with MCU2 or MCU1?

Please let us know what happens. Would be the first confirmed retro-fit of the FSD computer.

I think it's more likely that he knocked a camera out of alignment while applying the wrap. Are both side cameras positioned correctly? I have had a similar thing happen to me in the past (No wrap), and I believe it was because cameras were in disagreement about lane change completion...
