Tesl Negative, Tesla does not keep trade ins they all go to Auction. The Model 3s do not go to auction, we are doing something special with those I’m not able to comment on specifics yet.

Depreciation is mostly nonexistent for Tesla’s unless you are referring to battery degrading which truly is the most important metric.

Their system is down, I think they offered 36k last I checked Carvana was similar.

Mid Range is the LR RWD with a few less cells on the pack giving you 260 EPA rated miles. (Full premium interior as well)

Warranty began March of 2019 Like I said it’s an ASKING price, I’ve seen similar MRs in this ball park and sold.

The rims will not have much value for me as they were custom made for the 2018 RWD. Without the rims $41,500 And yes, no autopilot as it was an option when I purchased it. You can add it on for $3,000 via software update

My MR for whatever reason is only getting 212 miles at 90% charge (used to be 235ish). I'm not sure if the most recent update effected me or of it's something else. I reached out to the local service center and they claimed it was a 'known issue' and to keep monitoring over the next few weeks...

Took delivery of the MR yesterday! (Opted out of the SR+ reservation) Love the premium interior! My daughter is almost 10 months and loved the scenery through the glass roof. (We commute 45 mins home each day) Came with 30 days autopilot o_O:)

Yup! Ask them to match you for local inventory they might have. When they give you the VIN do a VIN lookup to confirm the model year and go from there. I didn’t want to risk missing the EV credit so I decided to take them up on this one. My original SR+ order was 39200 this MR is running me 39600!

He guys just an update regarding deposits, I spoke to a rep this morning and he said the policy is you have 72 hours from your order to request for the refund on the deposit. Initially it was thought you had until you have an assigned VIN but this does not seem to be the case!

It's a 2018 VIN they have at a Santa Barbara service center - from what I'm told its most likely a rejected delivery. (Financing fell through etc) I triple checked and it only has 6 miles so I'm not too worried.

I'm also not sure on the fine print on actually receiving a VIN vs taking delivery for the EV credit. I would clarify with a rep... IE you receive VIN May or June but it doesn't actually get delivered until July, playing devil's advocate here.

Keep in mind if you cancel, they will keep your $2500! Slight chance Elon makes another price cut to remedy the expiring EV credit, I woudn't count on it though... If you don't mind spending a little extra money give them a call and look at the MR they have on hand.

Absolutely I was worried! For the same reasons you listed I decided to go with inventory on hand to ensure the EV credit. I work for Tesla internally and I can tell you there is no memo or real predictions on when these cars will actually be delivered. There was an article yesterday morning...

Anyone have any recommendations for a dash mount for a radar detector? I live in Las Vegas and it gets brutal here in the summers, my biggest concern is the material melting to the dash. I'd prefer not to mount to the windshield with the suction cups. Thanks in advance!
