Your door lock problem may also be the child safety lock is on for the back doors. You have to go thru the on screen menu system, under locks to turn those on or off.

I have a 2018 mr, 264 rating. So long as you can charge back the 150 miles overnight, the sr+ should do fine. Running the battery from 80-20 % charge gives you 60% of 263, 150 is 57%. Even up hear in the cold rain, running wipers, heater, and seats while blasting stereo, np.

I’ve got a first quarter 2019 build lemur, 12 k miles so far, show 254 at 100% charge. I routinely get 210 freeway miles @70 mph or so on 100% Down to 10% charge. Much better driving slower of course. 99% charged at home on 120v 15 amp. Summer sees a typical commute of 10 miles rt @ 190-210...

14-50 is standard for other charging besides the car, rvs for example, so might be more flexible against future use.

I charge my LMR outside all winter in the pnw. Mostly 5-15, but I have a 5-20 as well. The key is to plug in immediately after driving and take advantage of the warm battery. If it sits overnight, or even several hours if it’s below 40, before you charge you wont get much.

5-20 is in principle 120v x 16 amps so 1.9 kw. Minus about 10% for wall to battery loss. My car, a LMR, reports 2 kw charging on my 5-20 circuit. I don’t translate into added miles per hour, as I find it tends to be misleading.

You see that you’re obligated to pay all costs upfront, and provide financial breakdowns for use and removal, in addition to any process the landlord establishes? Maybe get some estimates before rolling too far.

I'm planning to conduct extensive field testing with initially very low alcohol percentages, starting perhaps with 4-7%, shifting into a 12% range and finishing at perhaps 40-45%. I''ll let you know how that goes.

can you identify the circuit in the panel box ? maybe a breaker is labeled, otherwise can you trace the wires ? or use a tester on the wires and switch breakers on and off. no way to tell by just the outlet cover

The bellevue, wa folks told me yesterday not to expect show models or test drives before the end of the year. That seems a bit extreme, but iirc it was about a year after the first threes came out that they started scheduling test drives.

What they told me when I bought mine, end of first quarter 2019, was that it was the rwd lr, but with a smaller battery pack so they could offer a less expensive car. Effectively replaced by the Sr and Sr plus, which have different packs than the mr.
