blinding reflections from brushed aluminum interior

Hi all, new to the Tesla family, and I drive in the sun and heat often; comes with the territory in SoCal.
Sometimes, I am getting blinded by reflections coming from the brushed aluminum interior door handles.
I think these reflections come from the windshield since pano roof is heavily tinted. I am already wearing dark sunglasses, and the still glare dominates my vision.

What can I do about these? I prefer something easily accessible to all passengers.

Fvwm2, Ij already have the non-glossy, Lacewood decor in my car, also, so that at least helps with many surfaces.
Today, I had the brushed aluminum around the instrument display.hit me for a short period, too.

I intend to either have this done or attempt it myself. My car won't be here for several weeks though so it doesn't really help in the interim.

Three years of ownership here in sunny Arizona and I've never had this issue.

Haven't noticed this in Florida, and it is pretty sunny over here. I don't even have my windows tinted yet. Do you have tinted windows?

I don't have the Pano roof, so maybe this is roof related?

I have noticed it, but it doesn't bother me enough to act on it. Cell phone from passenger seat is much worse.
