Reboot the car?The adapter won’t come out. I don’t see an emergency tab.
Unlocked the port with the app it’s doing nothing.
Experts help me!
Interesting strategy. Did this work for you I. The past?Plug in the charge cable until the locking tab clicks. Then press the tab and try to remove the cable with the adapter at the same time.
Did that twice. Emergency release got it out. But ow I’m returning the adapter to amamazon.Reboot the car?
Why not stick with stock/OEM? They aren’t that expensive?Anyone have a good adapter they can recomend?
The Model S manual ( online : https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/models/en_us/GUID-BEE08D47-0CE0-4BDD-83F2-9854FB3D578F.html )

Good idea. Didn’t realize there was one.Why not stick with stock/OEM? They aren’t that expensive?
Previous owner didn’t include it?Good idea. Didn’t realize there was one.
If he did I have no idea where he put it.
Is there a place to buy it.
This probably makes the Most sense. Then I can try taking it out right there.Or you can go to a Service Center and see if they have one in stock.
Tried this. Didn’t work. Light stayed blue and adapter stayed stuck. So the charge port door button next to the charge inlet does not release? I do this regularly with non-Tesla chargers.
