Just ordered my M3 LR - a couple questions

Hi All, just ordered my tesla here in Israel. A few questions

1) Is the location aware garage door opener available here in Israel? If so, can it open more than one location (home and work?)
2) What's the best way to find non-supercharger location chargers here in Israel? Does tesla keep their DB fairly up-to-date or is there a better local source?
3) Has anyone got a quote from Phoenix for tesla insurance? Is it actually better than everyone else or should I not bother? (If it's not much cheaper, I'd rather just keep all my car insurances at the same place)

The PlugShare app is available for both iOS and Android and does a good job identifying the chargers in your area.
