would a 2" lift be enough to go through the middle?
Absolutely not, only passage with minimal risk is on the sides where the water aren't that deep. in theory slower is better as you don't want to cause water to climb up your hood.
The issue isn't passing, its have the car not die right after,
watch this, guy passes a deep water section, goes well, he takes it slow and steady, on way back he floors it, causing the water to rush over the hood + enter rear seat and get the pyro fuse, killing the car shortly after.
So if you floor it you might pass the middle section on the video you shared, but few ft later your car will be dead.
There's a follow up video to the one I just shared where they fix it by replacing some electronic boards, essentially they are sealed but not water sealed so water got in and was having hard time getting out and ruined them, once swapped (+the pyro fuse swapped) it came back to life
If you want to pass that with a Tesla, get the cybertruck, these lifts will not cut it
