Model Y Hinges

Hi we have a 2023 Model y with where the boot wont latch, closes but wont latch, the ranger came and said needs hinges. Booked into MK services as bicester dont have paint facilities to paint them.

Anyone has similiar?

Yes, but in our case the ranger was able to adjust the hinges so that it latched. He said it was a known design problem and that if we flagged it on the app again, the next time the hinges would be replaced in the service centre for a strong pair. But couldn't be done in the drive because the boot is too heavy.
