Not trolling just pointing out everyones negativity and blaming Tesla instead of their own lack of research, patience and maturity. I'm the most optimistic person on the planet, just sick of all the whiners not taking responsibility.

Venting, whining same thing. It is what it is people need to vastly lower expectations or buy another car. Just over all of this whiney and anger...crazy. its a car. Buy it dont buy it, but the happy patience people don't need to deal with others useless whiney and venting and anger.
What exactly are you here for you if you are not interested in either whining, venting or otherwise sharing your hopes and frustrations with other people whose company you enjoy?

You will be a lot more effective if you stop insulting people while making your point.
They don't have the infrastructure to provide better customer service. It would be hugely expensive and since they fly by the seat of their pants it would be outdated. My business has and still parallels this. What did I type that was insulting? I just asked people to look at the bigger picture then maybe they would be less....angry, less..whiney, less...venting.
All useless items on a forum like this.
 
As I just posted to Stros whining. Tesla has been rotten with over promising and under delivering, zero...I mean ZERO...communications for over 10 yrs. If you expected something different just because you ordered a car you either need to do better research on the company next time or lower your expectations.
It a hoot watching everyone whine. None of you did your research on Teslas customer service and delivery promises and processes, so you're all whining.
Tesla hasn't changed in over 10 yrs. Change your expectations or buy a car from someone else. Queezz.
Correct...some of these guys are such major whiners and going to get the model S folks to cause a stir. Kindergarten 101. Trying to present reality to them. Tesla has been rotten at communicating with buyers for 10 yrs. Over promising, dates off by years, zero calls, text or emails. None of them researched Teslas customer service, but just whine and whine and whine...and try to plan a revolt with the S forum. Really? Even LadyMX who just got a faulty car understands the drill. She was patient. Got a faulty falcon wing door, doesn’t know when she'll get it back. Research...all you whiners should have researched before you put orders in.

It is an unreasonable expectation to assume the individuals waiting for this car will not discuss waiting for this car in the Waiting Room thread.

Participation in this thread is 100% voluntary. Nobody is telling anyone they are required to read/respond.
 
You are seriously out of control... And this has not been my experience with Tesla until this point.. Tesla is notoriously bad at communication however the X rollout and no emails like they did the S refresh like four months ago is terrible.. stop arguing with people and accept that majority in here have these same grievances with Tesla.. Is this the complaint thread? no.. Its the waiting room and this wait has been long, dark and hard to understand without the tidbits of information that this thread provides.. People getting tired of the runaround and sharing that here is not wining.. Its telling their story and experience while WAITING for the car that they are willing to drop 100k+ for.. And majority of people such as yourself, me and others that have owned or own Teslas might know this but me as a 4 year Veteran Tesla owner even find this to be bad for them.. Please stop with the spam post and the over the top responses to people sharing their experience of the wait...

I've never been treated like that, at least by Tesla so I can't relate. I'm sure it happens because many here reiterate it. I've been treated like that by BMW though. And Audi. But I don't go shouting at them like windmills. And their tech, I would suppose you may treat it as similar, but I don't. What Tesla does not give out in customer service, I believe, they give out in striving and scrapping to give the most special technological experience that can be had in a car. And they succeed immensely. Unfortunately, customer service is not one of those experiences they spend as much extra energy on, but as I said, my customer experiences have been absolutely exemplary. Better than any other. So when you say incompetence and are referring in the direction of Tesla, I take umbrage. You may not like their customer service for you, but its not because they are unable to, it is that they choose to concentrate their immense capabilities in other areas. They give some and take some. Realize it and make a choice. That Porsche may catch fire, but their customer service obviously is perfect compared to Tesla's. So it's probably a better choice, right? Is that new BMW and Benzo EV using those pouch cells as well, one wonders?... Their dealer sales people will spend plenty of time with you you best believe. Dealing with car sales people is awesome-- way better since they give you all the info they think you wanna hear. And yes I am a fanboy. A fanboy of breakthrough technologies and innovation. If a company shows it, I swoon. Apple has shown it. In smaller ways Google and Amazon have too. If another company doesn't attempt innovation and is comfortable only chasing the next stockholder report, then I look down my nose at em. Its simple for me. You say fanboy, I just say I'm a person following the data rather than my own entitled prejudices.

You are the bestest! Exactly what I've been trying to say...only a few and the moderator support. The others have decided to hit a ignore button vs facing reality! Love it.
 
dannycamps, I guess there are enough detailed complaints about service centers and I don't see any use in adding to them. It's tiresome.

I'm a democratic socialist and have always hired staff exclusively from the DoC. These guys are almost without exception, damaged people, and recovering them is one of my life's goals as late as I am in life. (67) I must be absolutely consistent and predictable, buffer acting out, a patient teacher as I use new construction technologies (ICF et al), but absolutely first and most of all I must be and remain trustworthy. And being a Freemason anchors my values. When we see a pattern of slippery, slimey behavior from Tesla, the broken subframe issue being classed as "normal wear and tear" for example, it is offensive and destructive to the larger mission which I'd thought Elon was the standard-bearer for. I suspicion that he is trying to do too much. 'Nuff said.

Further and mistakenly, you've reacted emotionally to my comparison of microcephalics whereas I'd made clear that the new design looks microcephalic to me -- and I'd even said this is just a fact. No, I never said the new design is ugly, lol. I said it was a deep disappointment. Mercedes' are ugly, as was Sir Winston -- admit it, or remain dishonest! And again mistakenly you confuse this with his value as a leader, lol. You didn't understand my suspecting trayloader as a national socialist for his interpretations, probably because you are not well-educated, which would explain all of this. If you prefer to take offense, gourd head, it's not important to me. I've always said what I will say, and it's gotten me banned here four times. But now it's over.

If you have date and time of that event Tesla can pull your car telemetry plus analyze your video if you saved one manually of course.
Oh, so now I need to figure out a way to display Tesla telemetry along with the video, along with some way to authenticate the Tesla telemetry... because if I can't authenticate the tesla telemetry you will say it is manipulated.

OR you can just watch the f'ing video's people have already taken the effort to make and believe your eyes without putting some kind of spin on what the video shows.
