... The Ford Dealership in Bremerton has DCFC that are free. They just require you to tap a card of any kind to authorize (I use my ORCA card) and there is a newly installed Shell Recharge in Port Orchard that is also free though you have to start it from the app and last time I was there I killed the entire site by charging at 165kW......
The Ford Dealership there doesn't have a charger listed on plugshare that I can find, you are referring to West Hills Ford? Wonder if Port Orchard Shell Recharge is still free, didn't find anyone commenting about that on plugshare.

West Hills Ford and they don't have them listed on PlugShare. The Shell Recharge in Port Orchard stopped working while I was charging on it and has yet to come back online.

Is there active construction going on on daily basis? I'll be on a work trip for 2 months staying in Silverdale in September and this would make charging my Model Y a lot more convenient than the SC by the casino or the EAs.
It doesnt look like ongoing on a daily basis but you've got 3 months for this to be completed. Conduit are in so its just wiring and placing equipment on pads. Although the main question is when was the transformer ordered.

Are you not able to charge where you are staying for 2 months? There are a few L2 chargers around town and having a 240V outlet where you are staying would give you L2 overnight. Even 15A 120V overnight would give you a few miles recharge which is more than enough if you are just driving around town.
