Warranties are offered because they are profitable for the companies that sell them. So theoretically you will spend more money than its worth in repairs. The odds are against you.

Warranties are just an insurance policy. If you can afford to fix catastrophic failures out of warranty then you shouldn’t buy extended warranty. If you can’t afford or don’t want to face cost of catastrophic failures, then buy extended warranty.
