Waiting for FSD version 12

I recently purchased a used Tesla, 2018 model three with full self driving. I have version 11.4.9. I’m eagerly anticipating version 12 I live in Philadelphia. I’m curious if anyone is in the same situation as it seems as if everyone on YouTube has version 12 now.

Do all model years with fsd enabled have the necessary equipment packages to use FSD 12+? I've been looking at used teslas with FSD enabled and wondering about that.

That's what I'd like to know. I have a new Dec 2023 MY Performance. I bought a month of FSD not understanding at the time I was on 8.9 and not getting FSD 12. Still waiting as of today, May 20, 2024.
