Well some of the mystery for my system was solved with this event and some is still pending. It appears that both DSGS and ELRP were active tonight. I am sure Tesla accounting will decide which to credit me for later.
As far as not having a VPP reserve to set. I saw that the current PW2 FW does...
Well its going to be interesting to see what happens with my system tonight. I still seem to have both DSGS and ELRP active. There are events scheduled for both. I sent in the application for removal from ELRP weeks ago.
Also to note none of my settings or event notices have a place to change...
I had sent in the form to disconnect from DSGS and I was able to sign up for ELRP. Now I am enrolled with both and the app lets me toggle them on and off. Right now both are set on. It could get interesting. :rolleyes:
There is a menu choice on the Tesla app to "Go Off Grid". That will isolate any circuits you have that are backed up from PG&E.
Do you have a frequency meter such as a Kill o Watt to see what the frequency is when your lights are flickering?
EDIT: Whoops. Completely miss read the request...
One tiny exception. For those of us who have some circuits outside of the Powerwall Gateway (my TWC for example), these would still be available during a simulated grid outage, but backed up circuits and the Powerwalls would be as described above.
I just de-enrolled a few days ago but today (Android) there was a large button on the home screen of the PW app asking me to join the VPP. It just wanted my full name and phone number and confirmed my address. Then I just accepted the terms and it said I was all set. Note only DSGS was offered...
While we are posting pictures: This was charging here back on Feb 12th. Then a few minutes later two more "regular" Cybertrucks came in. Not sure what that was all about. A bit close to the pedestal for my liking. Not sure if they need all the cord or not.
