It’s Blatantly clear and boldly displayed if it’s in Drive or Reverse. A reasonably prudent driver would always ascertain which it is prior to giving it the juice .

Confirm foot reasonably firm on Brake and Deliberate Turn of wheel. The lack of sufficient wheel turn got me at first.

If you had backed out of a parking space- Normally you would put your foot on brake and shift to FRWD. while turning the wheel to drive away. Actually it’s totally normal and simple and shifts for you.

I don’t really care about the silly FSD, I just want the cool updates with trunk, camera notifications on the app, trip progress bar, etc. Even if I thought FSD was nice, it’s not $99 a month nice for me. Stuck on 2024.8.9 waiting for the little stuff🤓 2023 MSP
