How quickly does reduced charge error happen? Is it right away (within 5 to 10 minutes) or does it take an hour or two? Does the mobile connector have red blinking "T" in the Tesla logo when it happens?

I got so confused today, there definitely used to be a setting that would allow you to set a time, then the car would finish charging shortly before that time so you would be good to go. 99% of the time I just set it to start charging at like 8AM because thats when sun is starting to shine...
