@tga yeah, if i read the other stuff correctly, the Administrative Dissolution occurs 60days after a warning had been issued. I imagine that's the grace period for conducting business.

@ccalahan 's story is why (although I admittedly feel guilty for misinterpreted what Jason wasn't being fully transparent about) I don't truly believe Jason had any plans of solving this problem when this was all uncovered in January. However, I get it because it seems it wasn't his problem.

Problem: where is the current 057 Technology business registered? EDIT/ADDENDUM: I'm guessing 057 Tech remained in NC and is showing "administratively dismissed" - defunct. 057 Companies (with the assets) seems to still be active. 057 Companies is on some of the newer invoices, though...

That's the current confusion here. It appears Jason sold all of the liability (responsibility for the service plans) to this unknown person, who is not 057 Companies.
