Not 100% sure but I believe that they can run it from your meter box rather than the consumer unit….

I did a hard reset last night and haven’t had any alerts so far today…. As I mentioned, the strange things is that these alerts are time stamped at times that the car is not physically charging…

As I mentioned, the car wasn’t even charging at the time that the alerts were posted!

I have a bit of a random one… Out of curiosity I was going through the alerts tab in my MY a few days ago and noticed that there were several charging error alerts - worth noting at this point that although they were in my alerts tab, the car never showed these as unread alerts…The error code...

My angle with the Ombudsman complaint is slightly different - I purchased EAP at the time I ordered the car (£3,400) therefore I’d be looking for a pro rated refund on the functions that are not available to me.

Have you updated to the latest version of software?

It also worth mentioning that they are STILL adveritising EAP with all the features on their website - both for new order vehicles and existing inventory. Not sure how they are getting away with it.

I purchased the EAP when I got the vehicle and didn’t get the USS. I’ve logged a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman because Tesla aren’t able to provide a firm timing (or even a window!) of when it will transition fully to Tesla Vision.

I don’t know why it would affect the charging either - but something is clearly amiss and it’s the only variable that I’ve been able to identify. Are the Tesla Wall Chargers particularly temperamental?

So, 32A is not too high and is typical?

FYI - I am currently allowing 32A. Does this seem too high? If I reduce it, will it also reduce the KWH?
