Leaking glue from screen behind steering wheel (leaking down from under the steering column)

This is just one search result but there are many evidence of the leaking centre screen. So I agree with @gaswalla, as much as I have seen the centre screen has had it more.

    Minor accident using autopilot

On older car’s there is one toggle button under Autopilot menu named Obstacle-Aware Acceleration which does takes into account the data from USS. But in real world I do not know what does it do?

Custom Rim options on my 2017 Tesla Model S

From this list I would choose the 19” x 8,5. These 20” rims sets does not clear the suspension at front (20”x8,5 might, but the offset is too small - you need at least 5mm spacers there). You can ask for the suitable spigot rings per the previous comment, they do work as I use too. All depends...

for those that transferred their FUSC <March 31, 2024

That car should be AP2 so it depends on what level the car has the function activated. EAP should have it automated, but can’t speak for sure as have not had experience above AP1.

Door handle paddle sensor switch issues

Here are all four version of the handles so you can pick one up for you. That wrapped cable is not inside the handle, it’s the connecting harness to the door. Unfortunately it’s placed for the photo on the handle. To me it looks like v.2, see the photo:

Yes, Tesla can fix the memory issue on MCU1 as a recall but if you will get that side effect with no updating map data then they might insist to get the upgrade that is not free. I also had to bring the car second time to service as the map update failed and they needed to make internal...

While you searched did you find this discussion?

Door handle paddle sensor switch issues

Yes, if you ask Tesla to service the car then they will use the newer handle.

    Sunroof motor location!

Yes, on older car’s it was behind the small black plastic cover that has the fob sensor attached.

    New P100DL+ owner

The headlights are also having that common drl fading issue. Otherwise pretty looking car with absolutely everything one can dream… Good luck with it!

    Sunroof motor location!

It’s commonly known as FAKRA connector (cable) used to get access to the car. Move it aside to the left, behind that metal bracket as there is the place where service will look for it.

MS 2015 rear wheels alignment - negative camber issue?

Just to be clear that this is how the rear suspension looks like

    Has anyone repaired cooling louvers?

Now when looking at the video and some others on the web it’s sad to se that every mechanic always wants to remove that rubber hood limiter (that bolt which has large rubber cover) on each side to take the plastic cover off. How does the mechanic knows what was the initial position of the hood...

    Charge port service diy

Yes, it’s possible. But you need to have exactly the same part to exchange, there might be some newer revisions too. I did this and here is my guide.

MS 2015 rear wheels alignment - negative camber issue?

This is not that kind of a thing that just happened, on model S it has been since the beginning. Do some search here, this was the discussion that did popped up on me.
