Highland suspension on 2019 Model 3

That's normal (to a degree) but it may result in the nuts that secure the top hat to the damper shaft bottoming out prematurely. Once you get the damper and top hat bolted up to the car, I would recheck those nuts and make sure the damper isn't going to be clunking up and down.

    P3D Rear not aligned mystery

I have definitely had non-customers email me and ask to buy one camber arm or one wheel spacer to try and even out the flushness from side to side, so it isn't necessarily related to lowering at all. I wonder if this was something we experienced on other platforms and never realized or if it is...

Wheel Steering Tie Rod Fell Off on the Racetrack

OP, do you have aftermarket control arms in the front suspension? I have seen this before with aftermarket front upper control arms. If it hits the chassis it will bind and the load path will change to the tie rod.

Looks awesome @Lindenwood ! My suggestion would be to bring a pair of thin spacers to your next even just in case you need to quickly gain a little more clearance to the spindle. In my experience, it looks like it is going to rub under load, and you don't want that to ruin your weekend!

Tein EnduraPro Issue - Squeaking Noise

The last thing I would do then is swap the stock damper back in, utilizing the very same top hat. If the noise goes away, you've done your due diligence in diagnosing the damper as the culprit.

Tein EnduraPro Issue - Squeaking Noise

They aren't on this forum or anything to help so I will try! The rear tophat does have a rubber bushing in the center which the strut attaches to. I have only seen one fail once, but it would be visible (tearing or totally pushed out of the housing). Maybe you can post a video so we can hear the...

The car yelling at you whenever it detects both pedals being applied is also a downside for me!
