FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I'll chip in with a few minor complaints. I've been using 12.3.x for a couple of months now, and I'm happy with it as a driver's assistant feature. Aside from how it drives, I have issues with the user interface. Bring back the scroll wheel for speed adjustments! Especially lower speeds...

    Model Y 2023 Model - Slow leak - TESLA service estimate $400+

First, have you looked at it closely to see if you can find a nail, or a tire defect? Even the valve core could be leaking. (Soapy water can help find leaks.) Long ago (1973) I had a new Opel GT with slow leaks in at least two tires. Found out it was actually leaking through the metal...

Supercharger - Phoenix, AZ - North 19th Avenue

Here are some more pics of the site from Monday. But if you arrive here thinking chargers are up, at least you have a J1772 bailout option - and it's even free the first two hours!

Supercharger - Phoenix, AZ - North 19th Avenue

You might also change it to V4 from V3. As far as I can see, that is the only change being made here. The transformer is still 250kw, but all the dispensers are V4. Here is a pic from Monday.

It's still there and still labeled as under construction.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I've been trying to figure out the statistics too. I have 2024.3.25 and FSD 12.3.6. I had subscribed to it for 2 months before 12.3 came out, which may explain why I got it to start with. In looking at the stats (notateslaapp, software updates, pick a version, statistics) for 2024.14.8. and...

    Austin or Freemont

I think all the MYP's are made in Fremont, which might be related to also using Panasonic batteries.

Clearly you've never driven in Europe.

Does the tesla come with floor mats

Yes, but... Tesla builds cars a bit like airplanes with their intense focus on saving weight. The car comes with floor mats, but they are very thin and just not that satisfying. Many people, myself included, replaced them with aftermarket mats. The new mats I have are kind of a hard...

Would you Purchase a model Y Again?

Well, I'm still in my first year. 2023 MYP. Love it, but I've heard a lot of bad things about stiff suspension in prior years. Mine has the so-called Comfort Suspension, and it seems reasonable - a lot like my Infiniti. My biggest complaint about driving it is that I'd like it to be...

    Supercharger - Durango, CO

There should be a thread to vote on the best and the worst SC stops.

Supercharger - Phoenix, AZ - North 19th Avenue

I took more pics, but I'm not sure they tell us anything new. The cabinet looks to be the same 250kw cabinet from the V3 days, which is typical. It looks like the old stalls were ripped out and new ones put in with just relocation of the dispensers leading to digging and concrete. There is...

Supercharger - Phoenix, AZ - North 19th Avenue

I checked out the new V4s today. Doesn't look like much changed except the new dispensers, and new concrete was needed to relocate them to the center of the spots.

I'd put a round, analog clock next to a round, analog speedometer, and then have a round, analog battery gauge to flank the speedo.

    Does FSD learn?

What if Tesla eventually adds a 'local learning' feature for FSD to 'learn from local mistakes between major updates'? What exactly would the car 'learn'? I can think of two areas only. One is really you updating the nav system by making different/better lane selections - stuff you know from...
