Mine originally was just the 5th bolt on each wheel a locking one. Somehow ALL of mine were changed to the locking ones! (Not by my request--done at an annual service for some unknown reason.) I am replacing them all! I hope Tesla will do it for me when I get my annual service done.

Thanks. I checked with Tesla and they only have the original ones with the locking key. I plan to get the aftermarket ones with hex bolts. Easier to use and in my situation little risk of having the wheels stolen (I hope!)

I need some parts from Tesla for my Roadster (bolts for the wheels) so I will try that before considering aftermarket bolts. Thank you.

Well, when you leave the event stop in Pismo Beach on the way home for dinner and a charge and you should make it fine!

Madonna Inn is 94 miles from Santa Barbara so you should be able to make it without a problem. Charge once in SLO or in Pismo Beach on the way home and you will make it fine. Not much trouble-hassle so I hope you can make it!
