    Black Gemini Wheels?

The worst thing about the silver wheels and black wheel covers is seeing the silver through and behind the wheel covers. Makes it look fairly obvious and even cheaper. I did it last summer and this summer got my wheels powder coated to run them naked.

    2024.14.8 No Front Camera

I just got updated to 2024.3.25 last week and yesterday on my drive home this happened to me too. Was fine on my drive to work, whole drive home didn't even have basic cruise control. Frustrating. I took a pic of the screen and a pic of the screen with the road showing lines were clearly...

    Amtrak Auto Train

I just mean to be able to take your car across country with you without having drive the whole thing yourself

    Amtrak Auto Train

I am in Canada. I cannot answer your question. I'm just here to say that as a guy with a family where having your own personal vehicle and all it's kit is a huge plus this service looks awesome. I'd be all over that service, seems pretty awesome.

Tesla Bike Rack Hitch Mount Manufacturer?

FullTilt 5 Yakima used to sell a 4 bike version under their own brand but now only offer the 5 bike under their own label. Tesla is using this in the 4 bike version. That said, you can use any hitch rack that fits your bike and suits your needs.

Picture of your Model Y - Right Now!

I'm generally not a fan of silver, but damn that's a nice silver. Has some nice color shifting action and shows off the lines really well. In the right light at least.

Picture of your Model Y - Right Now!

Every time I catch someone walking by and make the car toot another one grows.

Picture of your Model Y - Right Now!

Decided to ditch the Ali Express wheel covers this year. OEM Gemini's powder coated bronze metallic with flat clear. Happy with the subtle colour. Removed the chrome badges and replaced with some black badges and a small black plate frame and I think I can now pick mine out in a parking lot...

Towing vehicle flashing up on rear sensor....

Tow mode is turned on when trailer wiring harness is connected. Tow mode affects some drivers' assistances and disables auto steer. It doesn't change visualizations. If you have USS they are disabled, but the cameras are not disabled in vision only cars. When the circumstances are right, the...

Towing vehicle flashing up on rear sensor....

It's not the rear bumper sensors, if you have them. It's the rear facing camera and the car's software. If your trailer is the right size, shape and distance the software visualizes the trailer as a car running right up your butt. I agree it shouldn't do this in tow mode. But I'm certain it's a...

Will the free FSD trial convince you to purchase FSD?

LMAO - this is my travel corridor. And perhaps why I wasn't impressed the first time I tried it. Then tried it again. And promptly went back to standard autopilot. I would love standard autopilot with auto lane change. It's a subtle, but welcome addition.

2nd row middle seat pin removal

I originally ordered a 5 seater to save a couple of bucks thinking we could go 3 wide in row 2. We even did a car seat fitment test on test drive, but that was with forward facing car seats and latch anchors and not with boosters. We sprung for the 7 seater when the same config as our MY5 order...

2nd row middle seat pin removal

I'm sure you're aware but doing so will render the middle seat and regular armrest completely useless. Also, the 2nd row seatbelts become more difficult to access for little ones in boosters with that center section folded down for when using the second row when not using the 3rd row. Ask me how...

    FSD 12.3.3 Phantom braking

Phantom braking on any form of cruise (TACC, AP, FSD) is the major achilles heel of the Tesla driving experience. In my humble opinion. And there's nothing we can do about it.
