You are certainly making a lot of assumptions. The time and update process has been this way for a Long time. I wouldn’t expect or assume any product changes.

As you noted Autopilot and 25 mph side roads that seems like the issue. Autopilot was not designed for side roads like FSD. And regardless this is an operator error, Tesla will never cover this mistake.

Technically you chose to go to a car dealer to buy tires/rims. There were many easier lower cost options. What you drove over in 3 years to crack 3 rims is another question which is really not a Tesla issue. You didn’t even mention the year or vehicle model so can’t help much.
