I had the same issue. I had 2 limit orders below 695. One executed with 50 shares because I had it as GTC + EXT. The other one didn’t with 200 shares because it was only GTC. I was pretty disappointed that I forgot to change it to EXT.

Actually I just ordered inventory model P100DL and got 38K off original price. 18k is from the inventory discount. It had 2k miles on it. And got 20k off from the ludicrous discount. Ended up paying 96k for it with full self driving and 21 inch wheels. Plus free lifetime supercharging!
