Looks like that is updated now, though it shows the Abington expansion as V4, when I'd expect that to be V3, being a Welcome Break site. Latest photos of Glasgow SC from yesterday don't show much progress in the build that began two months ago. Not clear yet whether it's V4 or V3.

I believe there's also a site at a Starbucks in Buckshaw Village near J28 of the M6. I guess if they are planning a rebrand that could well be the reason Warton doesn't have evpoint branding on the stalls.

The Bournemouth situation sounds identical to Glasgow to me - SC staff constantly being told by Tesla that the SuCs will come, but no clear timescale, over 3 years. Last November Glasgow also had some road dug up to lay some cabling, and when I checked with staff in February they said they...

There's a post on the Facebook groups of an EG Group EV Point site opened up at Warton (west of Preston), which not only uses Tesla v4 hardware, but it even says Tesla on the stalls! So watch out that future apparently Tesla sites may well be EG Group in disguise!! Oh, and somebody has even...

Thanks - I was unaware anyone could edit the wiki, though I did use it as one of my sources for this list. Hard to say, as we don't know for sure when construction actually began at many sites... but my list was designed to help spot this - identifying ones that we knew were already under construction or waiting to be switched on, so these being opened was only to be expected really. Musk's tweet...

I think that's another one on Tesla's coming soon map that doesn't even show the correct location. Their pin seems to be at the entrance to a sewage works. I guess Tesla is actually referring to the permitted build up the M5 one junction at J24?

M6 / M74 looks like it may eventually be well-catered for once everything that is planned to be built is built and actually switched on, but there's still too much pressure on Washington & Scotch Corner on the North-East A1 route. Supercharge.info shows permits have been found for Durham...

Yes, one is the old Welcome Break motorway services site that will remain Tesla only (14 V3) and the other is at the retail park which will be open to non-Teslas and 16 V4. We will go from having a big gap, to a massive amount of capacity at some point in time...

That was posted after the post in this forum… so how can we rule out the Treliske site - the post here was very specific - opposite the Fiat dealership at The Range. The pictures of the build at Treliske (quoted above) were definitely Treliske as it has the Fiat dealership in the background, which doesn't exist at Fraddon. I hope the UK is safe from this, but I am worried that behind the scenes there is a short-term cost-cutting push that will have knock on effects for Tesla worldwide - especially if it turns out to be not-so-short-term. Well, precisely. As much as he may wish to expand existing sites, I worry he doesn’t fully appreciate the difficulties and these kind of glib statements are just platitudes to reassure people without any basis - a bit like his “such and such will be delivered in two weeks” statements.

At least the queues are faster at these bigger sites, unlike Tebay & Scotch Corner. It might be easier - but the association of a particular stall with a particular bay isn't so obvious to the casual (non-Tesla) driver... this could be improved via better visual clues, but in practice you do see people still using the "wrong" stall at V4 sites.

It's not just the cable length - people who don't drive Teslas are used to just picking the cable closest to their charge port - they aren't familiar with site designs where the stalls are positioned for the passenger-side charge port only - so if you turn up at a bank of 12 stalls and reverse...
