EVCollies, Boeing did not do integrated system test and missed problem with timing error with Atlas->Starliner. SpaceX does integrated testing. And if you look here, Boeing is really have mastered the "fly little" approach:
They changed the Centaur's valve, but not service module helium valve (doghouse valve, port manifold 2). Valve works even if seal deteriorate more, and leak is still tolerated. (If service module would needed to be de-staged, it would be the months long delay, rumored before)
Other words; risk...

ON THE PATH TO RAPID REUSABILITY
Starship is designed to fundamentally alter humanity’s access to space, ultimately enabling us to make life multiplanetary. The third flight test of Starship and Super Heavy made tremendous strides...
"Elon Musk
SpaceX has no need for additional capital and will actually be buying back shares. We do liquidity rounds for employees and investors every ~6 months."
Centaur's buzzing oxygen valve and Starliner's helium leak are two different problems. And your reasoning is backwards. SpaceX build and know their systems. That knowledge is most parts with ULA's and Boeing's subcontractor or subcontractor's subcontractor. And their communication don't seems to...
"Starliner teams are working to resolve a small helium leak detected in the spacecraft’s service module" Said Boeing official in shrilling high pitched voice, "leak is small and do not cause more concern"
"The launch of a ULA #DeltaIVHeavy carrying the #NROL70 mission for the @NatReconOfc was scrubbed due to an issue with the gaseous nitrogen pipeline which provides pneumatic pressure to the launch vehicle systems. The team initiated operations to secure the vehicle."

Like I said before the ship's attitude control did not seem to work at all. (But it work fine at the SH booster).
And what I was ref. in the previous comment:
Falcons need to vent only the LOX boil off, when Starship needs to do that for the both propellants (also scale). But I have seen Falcon's second stage fly-over my own eyes and that thing vented like no other...
Good test flight.
I would say that the ship did not maintain good attitude control after the raptor shutdown, which likely led to the decision not to proceed with the restart test and contributed to the failure during re-entry.
I blame (humorously) Everyday Astronaut for that... ; P
"Deployment of Starlink satellites confirmed. This mission brings us above 10,000 operational space lasers for the constellation, which enable satellites to provide truly global coverage and serve those in the most remote locations on Earth"
Your regular cellphone is soon a satellite phone.
