Once again at 10am eastern, EDD window lagged by one more day: now May 31 - June 7. Had my VIN since 5/16. Still walking toward the light. Still getting no closer.

Unless you are on the east coast. Then you get a one week rolling window that just moves away 1 day every day.

I'm betting it's nothing more than some SCs not being well informed and this is old news. The cars show up with old firmware and they don't know they have to install 2024.14.8 and that it fixes the EPA issue.

Oh, if you don't have a VIN that might be the reason. I never sent mine a message until after I got a VIN. I've seen messages that say they can't really check much until you get a VIN.

I usually get a reply within a couple hours but it's very abbreviated and minimally answers my question without elaborating at all. Guess I should feel lucky that I get a relevant response.

Are the SR and LR versions made on the same line and if so, do they have to retool to make them? If so, the performance variant might not be made every day of the week.

EDD just updated at 10am (as expected). Went from 5/27 - 6/5 to 5/28 - 6/5. The fact that it only slipped one day this time (instead of 2) may be encouraging for us FL owners. Maybe our cars are getting really close to their delivery locations?

We need a recognized disease for those of us who do have a VIN but keep getting pushed 2 more days every 2 days. I don't know what's worse: not finding land in the middle of the ocean... or seeing it but it never gets any closer. 🤣

I've been telling myself, I have a 2021 LR with AB, already a great car. So I'll get my M3P when I get it and don't get antsy. But somehow I still want to go to bed and sleep until delivery day. 🤣 I'm not good at fooling myself.

In the mean time, we early adopters will iron out the kinks so those of you with September deliveries won't have an ugly rivet right in the middle of the accelerator pedal. ;)

I've had a VIN since 5/16 but my EDD seems to creep forward as the close end date passes. Was 5/25 - 6/3 and then once 5/26 hit, it was updated to 5/27 - 6/5. So I'm just sitting here hoping that when 5/28 hits tomorrow, they don't just creep it again and at 10am eastern time I see it change...

More likely someone may have just backed out for other reasons: financial, got a different car, etc.

That was 11.03 on the street and I believe at least the first 60 feet or so are traction limited. It should be sub-11 on a prepped track... with glue.

Kinda lines up with mine. Right at 10am eastern time (7am PST), mine went from 5/25 - 6/3 to 5/27 to 6/5. Since I'm in the Tampa area, I bet the truck probably goes to Tampa, then over to Orlando, then down to Miami. Not sure it would take days to do that, but the dates seem to line up north...

My delivery window starts tomorrow but I hightly doubt they'll contact me to come get it on the first day. It'd be nice if they could because if so, I could take it to the dragstrip the very next day and get some official 1/4 mile times.
