I have spoken to the delivery manager and was told my vehicle is showing pending delivery in the Tesla system and may take days or weeks to be granted access since I'm the second owner. Thank you Tan for your quick response.

I've taken delivery of my Model S on August 15 and still have not been given access to the Tesla App. I only have access to my account online and the account has been paid in full and shows a zero balance. Is this a common thing that happens with a purchase of a Tesla?

Just took delivery of my 2017 Model S 75D on Aug 15. Will share my horrific delivery experience at a later date. ZesPK, I love the color of your Model S Long Range. I have the same color :). Enjoy!!!!
