100 percent it does not go through bumper. It’s a 2 part process. The first part is adhesive mounted. The second part screws to first part.

I didn’t do the hair dryer deal. I did use a long piece of thin weed eater cord. I had good leverage with the thicker cord. I can see using dental floss would be longer for sure.

Those tires will die fast. I had them on my ZL1 1LEs. For sure less than 10k miles and lots of rocks get picked up and thrown at your car. I don’t miss those tires nor the fuel fillings.

The first 2 are to 275, the 3rd is mandatory rears gone at 9k and 4th is regular non ev tires XL Michelin 4S.

Michelin 4S. Same size in rear and up to 275 upfront from 265.

I changed to normal non EV tires and have air pressure at 45 psi. All issues gone.

One time under heavy braking they work. After that they suck. Tesla even offers CCBS but for those that brake more than once on the highway.

I haven’t seen any. I will pay 10k if installed at the factory.
