Very true but I had a 2021 that was significantly quieter than my 2022. That's the only reason why I went to the trouble of trying to make the car have less wind noise

:rolleyes: I sealed my windshield with masking tape to test for a leak, put a rubber grommet around the roof glass, put an extra rubber seal around all the doors, frunk, and trunk and the car still has more wind noise than the 2015 Civic I Ubered in.

Good luck.. I went through 4 visits and they they started trying to charge me a diagnosis fee after the 3rd one. Replaced the driver door seal and the windshield without any improvement. My 2022 Model Y still has a lot more wind noise than my 2021 ever did. I gave up.

My X and Y got 2024.8.9 at exactly the same time, Y just got 2024.14.6 but no love for the X

Yes, 3m crystalline outperformed photosync for less money although the cars are different. I would suspect the less expensive ceramic tints would perform decent as well. I would just do the front windshield and front windows only. Would definitely skip the roof.

So my FSD trial expired today. The notification popped up midday and I did a manual software update check and immediately got 2024 firmware. Now have working UWB key

The car will 100% have HW4 as everything made from Summer 2023 forward has been HW4. whether it has a front bumper camera or ambient lighting is another story
