This just happened to my 2012 model Y. Rear left door. I can open it half an inch to get the window to pop down but no more than that. And if I push it back in the window will go back up.

Took me a bit longer than expected since I dropped a washer and had to take the whole panel off to get to it, but should take about 30 min each.
