I've been driving with FSD supervised 12.3.3 and all I can say is that it is amazing. It feels like a human is driving. Drives are relaxed and enjoyable. I am very glad I own a Tesla and bought FSD.

Just visted the Peterson museum. The Tesla exhibit was amazing... all the Tesla cars, technology and history. Amazing ! Well worth it.

One wrinkle I recently noticed... the car will not download new games when I exit the car and close the door. It resumes the download once I return. Once the games are downloaded everything works fine.

You were right, the MCU2 was replaced and everything looks great.

I just got my car back from Tesla service. They replaced the MCU2 with "MSX car computer fused(1637790-S0-F)". The artifacts (pixels) are gone, steam downloads in the background and everything looks great ! It was bad video RAM that caused the artifacts.

Yes.. artifacts only appear when steam is running.

After my steam retrofit here are screenshots of the artifacts on my screen when steam is running. Note they occur in the menu items but not the game. I am taking the car in this week to get this fixed.

It turns out the screen artifacts I have when I open steam is not normal . Tesla service will troubleshoot it later this week. There are no artifacts once the steam games start though.

I should say that if I leave the car and close the door steam turns off and stops downloading the game.

The original replacement computer was part 1637790-S0-D. They had to go to part 1637790-S0-F for it to work.

Good news... the Costa Mesa. CA Tesla service center was able to get steam to work! This was their first time doing the steam retrofit.. so it was a learning curve for them. They are currently uploading steam. I will pick up the car on Saturday. They had to go to revision F of the computer...

As soon asI picked it up. It was at the end of the day and it was downloading the latest fsd firmware. I wanted to see if that made a difference.. it did not.
