The height is correct, but clearance will depend on your driving habits - as with any lowered vehicle, you will need to take speed bumps/driveways a little slower. Otherwise, you shouldn't have any issues.

It's slightly beneficial in the MY due to its taller height, but as a first mod - won't feel much performance gains as changing wheels/tires or better suspension components like coilovers, harder bushings or even adjustable control arms.

MYP sits about ~0.5" lower than LR from factory. Part numbers are different, but not certain if it's due the spring length or perch position as the spring/strut are only sold as an assembly from Tesla.

Simply a taller spring. H&R lists the same P/N for both LR and Performance, so overall numbers would be about 0.5" less on the Performance.

Been very happy with the MX00S1/Street Tuned kits lately from Ohlins, those along with the 20x10 setup you have is the optimum setup for the street and should feel 100x better over OEM.

ST Suspensions is very popular on the BMW M platforms, they are the sister company to KW Suspensions (who manufactures MPP) based out of Germany. The Tein EnduraPro Plus Struts are a good entry level strut, but mixing and matching with lowering springs already get you close to ST coilover...

Don't have any complaints from either brand on ride - go with whatever drop you desire. You should have any bottoming out, unless you're a super aggressive driver or simply don't pay attention to driveways/speed bumps.
