Found a fix for me. Hope it works for you. On the screen inside the car select the “unlock charging port” after you select the “open charging port”. Might try in the other order too. Hope that works for you too.

I had the same issue after getting a new 240V outlet installed. My electrician suggested I do the most recent software update. There was nothing in the release notes about the update doing anything for charging, but this fixed the issue.
