Personally we may have gone with the Ioniq5 if a) they had been available and b) North American tow ratings matched Europe and Aus/NZ. The V2L capabilities are a big selling feature for me and is my one disappointment with Tesla.

We bought the Boler prior to having a vehicle that could tow it.😂 It weighs 2500 lbs dry. Since I don't have my Tesla yet, I can't provide any tips for charging, other than check out PlugShare and A Better Route Planner apps. You can toggle the different networks to see where the chargers are.

You should be good to go. Just check what type of electrical connector the U-Haul has. The U-Haul location should be able to supply an adapter if necessary. They should also help you hook up the trailer ball and chains. Keep an eye on your range (~50% reduction seems standard).

We will be towing a 17' Boler with our upcoming Model Y LR. It's about 2500lbs. I'll let you know how it goes. First trip will be in June. We will keep it close to home at first and then expand from there. Where I live, the CCS adapter is important because there are actually a lot more CCS...

For us, the tow hitch is essential as we plan to tow a 17' Boler for camping. Now that our EDD.is bumped, we will need to find alternate arrangements to tow the trailer.

I ordered 3/15. Similar specs except silver ext. Really weird, we had an EDD 2 of June 9-July 21, then it was reset to the Apr-Jun 2023 with no specific dates. Any ideas why?
