Fuses are F150 and F155 listed in there. Just got to open it up again and can confirm on my Nov 2015 70D K21 listed has the two relays. Oreily's and Autozone did not have it. Really was hoping would put this issue past me :). -

I'm on the same boat with RH fan not running on Nov/Dec 2015 Model S 70D that has the newer fuse box. I can't seem to find the relay. Wiring Diagram shows X564 Connector and its just to the right of the fuse box. Is this where you found the relays?
