How much earlier was collection compared to your original delivery date

This is exactly same as mine, if you can see your ref and vin in the appointment details I assume it should be good. I hope it is as that’s how mine is

For anyone that has got a vin and reg and arranged a delivery date does the app show the actual date I can see it’s scheduled but app doesn’t show date only the sms I received does. Is this normal as I’m starting to get worried now?

To anyone who now has a confirmed delivery date has the app updated to show it, I got the date via text but in the app no date at all is showing even under the appointment details section

I messaged and they said the earliest I can collect or get delivery is 30th so I said I will stick to that hopefully I haven’t left it too late to get 30th so awaiting another response for them to confirm 30th

I had the same also no option but mines 30th would love to get it sooner. I responded straight away confirming my delivery address but now the date has disappeared from app I assume that’s due to the fact they have booked me a date it longer shows date on the app

Please let me know if you can collect earlier as my delivery dates is also 30th too but would be good to get it sooner

My vin was also different, was surprised to see the Reg. so you should probably get yours soon I imagine. I’m just hoping they don’t pull it again only time will tell I guess

M3H - My Vi and Reg has now been added also with a date of 21st Jan to 5th feb delivery date. This was after my delivery date and vin was pulled on 13th Dec. Let’s hope they don’t pull them again I heard someone got issued yesterday same and taken away again today so who knows what’s happening

I still have no delivery date or vin since it was pulled on dec 13th should I assume that it’s unlikely to be on Titus or is the there still hope? Original date was 21st jan - 5th feb before it was pulled on the app
