Since the 2024.14.8 update, my 2024 MY is showing as "offline" in Teslamate, rather than "Asleep". Known feature/bug, or do I just need to try a two button reboot?

The numbers on this release are skyrocketing according to TeslaFi. The number pending install is going up faster than the 2,500+ that have already installed! Still waiting for my 24 MY to pick it up though! :( (These are big numbers for TeslaFi tracking)

Anyone else with a 2024 Y still yet to receive this?! No manner of wake ups, charges, or two-button reboots are making this available to me!

Rollout of 2024.14.8 looks like it’s petering out too, according to the TeslaFi graph. Perhaps we’ll be waiting for 2024.20.x after all.

I've found Waze to only do this at more complicated junctions, or where my current road can only be continued on certain lanes. Otherwise, it usually just says "M6 for 28 miles" or whatever.

I got a notification from the app to say one was available, then just clicked "Install" because it was sat on my drive, already connected to WiFi. You'll be getting 2024.8.7 like everyone else.

Mine was sat on the "Checking for updates..." for nearly an hour this morning. I could see the Tesla downloading on my WiFi status page, but thus far it's only done a nav update. Hoping by the morning I might wake up to good news.

Am I right to assume there's no "trick" to getting an update any earlier other being set to "Advanced" and crossing my fingers? The car gets a good WiFi signal on the drive so I'm hoping that's enough.

That really seems like an oversight. You'd have thought the array of computers would have some kind of recognition of street lights available... well, you know what they say about assumptions!

I would have assumed the car would recognise that you were in a street-lit area and not use the adaptive high beam at all. Do we know if this is the case?

2024.8.4 deployments have really gathered pace. Teslafi reporting 720 installs yesterday, and 210 already today with another 856 pending.

There’s a video on the r/TeslaUK subreddit of a UK model with adaptive headlights since the update, so this seems very much confirmed now!

2024.8.4 seems to be entirely North America at the moment. Telsafi only showing Canada and US installs.

I'm having a very similar experience with CA - I intend to hassle them on the phone from tomorrow morning to get the docs through to Tesla as soon as I can, hopefully within a day or two, to keep my Friday collection.

This looks to be very handy for my trips between Liverpool and Oxford.

With CA Auto/Drivalia dragging their heels, I took the opportunity to switch my collection from Newcastle to Manchester (35 mins away vs 3 hours). Provisional collection now on Friday, but this relies on CA actually sending me emails this time. Given that only seemed to happen when I rang them...

I'd like to be placing a Model Y lease order right now, however I can't find a single method of contacting someone to get a re-quote without 9 months up-front. Anyone have any tips? Checked the app, checked the account online, can't find a proper number to call etc.
