No clue honestly, It seems like they are pushing those early orders to change config for inventory, I keep seeing people posting about it on the other waiting room, but I havn't seen an increase to my EDD or any pushy marketing to change config in the app from tesla yet

you're the only other person i've seen with a similar EDD to me, everyone else who ordered the RWD in Jan/Feb have LATER delivery dates. I'm holding out hope that since they shortened that original EDD that it may be accurate, fingers crossed

That looks off. Run your finger along the groove on the outside of the door that this is on (the exterior rear facing camera housing should be near it) if it doesnt run across that seam smoothly then your door is miss-aligned and tesla should fix it

Agree agree agree agree. I also can't wrap my head around the choice to make the entire outside stainless steel; that seems like a car owners nightmare, having to constantly oil/polish it so that small rust circle don't start appearing. This in addition to it's WHACKL cost markup...hard pass...
