I get the same results on my 2024 Model Y Long Range with towing option. Trailer lights not working. 3.2V on each lead, unchanging with hazard or blinker on. Did you ever get it fixed?

Found my multimeter. As soon as I turn on trailer mode I get a red trailer icon. I get 3.2 V on each lead even with hazard lights going.
